The farinato is made mainly with bread crumbs, lard and onion, seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, onion, aniseed, rum and a little olive oil and eaten with fried eggs frequently, but in many bars can be served in terrines, with scrambled eggs.
- 100 gr. of farinato
- 2 eggs
